Behavioral Health Specialist

Job Description
The successful candidate will conduct thorough assessments, develop individualized plans, and provide ongoing support to ensure the well-being of our service population. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on empathy and cultural competence.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct risk and behavioral health assessments to identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate documentation of service provision while adhering to regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the Lead Clinician to meet performance goals and improve service delivery.
- Develop and review individualized service plans based on assessment results.
- Provide crisis intervention as needed and maintain effective communication with the team.
Education and Experience
- A master's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field, plus two years of direct clinical experience.
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and electronic databases.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with ability to work effectively in diverse environments.
- Sensitivity to the cultural and socioeconomic characteristics of our service population.
Salary and Benefits
The estimated annual salary for this role is $68,000. The position also offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
