Job Description:
The Lead Service Technician will be responsible for supervising maintenance staff, training and scheduling activities, and ensuring quality and expediency in physical property repairs, unit make-ready, and construction projects. The role also involves inspecting grounds, building, and community features daily to identify and correct hazardous conditions or liability concerns. Additionally, the Lead Service Technician will adhere to federal, state, and local laws pertaining to Fair Housing and OSHA regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train maintenance staff
  • Schedule and respond to on-call/after-hour emergencies
  • Maintain well-organized and property-stocked maintenance shop
  • Inspect grounds, buildings, and community features daily
  • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and OSHA regulations

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience required
  • 3+ years of multi-family maintenance experience or commercial maintenance experience required
  • EPA Sec 608 Certification (Type I, II, or Universal)
  • Excellent communication and team player skills
  • Ability to lift and carry objects weighing 50 pounds or more
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and ability to read, write, and speak English

Benefits:

Estimated Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 per year based on location and experience.
