About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Multifamily Groundskeeper to join our team at an Apartment community in Austin, TX area and surrounding cities. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our properties, including trash pick-up, minor landscaping projects, and light checks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily trash collection and disposal
  • Assisting with minor landscaping tasks
  • Maintaining the overall cleanliness of the property and grounds
  • Performing light checks and inspections
  • Contributing to the upkeep of common areas
  • Supporting maintenance staff as needed

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Prior experience in multifamily or commercial property maintenance is preferred but not required
  • Pass a criminal background check and provide authorization to work in the US

Salary Range: $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience
