Community Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and skilled maintenance supervisor to lead our community's physical upkeep, ensuring a high standard of quality and safety for our residents.

About the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and performing routine maintenance tasks, addressing customer service requests in a timely manner, and promoting a positive work environment within the team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and oversee all aspects of maintenance, including scheduling and performance of preventative maintenance, inspections, and janitorial services.
  • Maintain accurate records for reporting and record-keeping as per NRP policy.
  • Ensure curb appeal and monitor safety issues by conducting regular property walks.
  • Schedule and coordinate apartment turns, including assistance with resident move-out and apartment renovations.
  • Manage inventory and storage area, purchasing necessary materials for service requests and apartment turns.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in a maintenance or supervisory role within the multifamily industry is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
