Client Service Executive

About the Role
The Client Service Executive at Sterling Seacrest Pritchard serves as a trusted advisor and consultant to clients, working closely with the Producer to deliver exceptional service and support. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to manage a book of business and develop strategic solutions for client benefit needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a book of business and develop strategic solutions for client benefit needs
- Participate in or conduct on-site meetings, annual reviews, marketing/renewals, and open enrollments
- Educate clients on Compliance topics (DOL, ERISA, COBRA, FMLA, etc.)
- Maintain carrier relationships and lead marketing efforts for new business and renewals
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience; Active Life and Health licensing in resident state required
- Complete knowledge of current marketplace and underwriting methodologies
- Time management and workflow prioritization
- Proactive problem-solving and independent thinking
