About the Role

The Client Service Executive at Sterling Seacrest Pritchard serves as a trusted advisor and consultant to clients, working closely with the Producer to deliver exceptional service and support. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to manage a book of business and develop strategic solutions for client benefit needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a book of business and develop strategic solutions for client benefit needs
  • Participate in or conduct on-site meetings, annual reviews, marketing/renewals, and open enrollments
  • Educate clients on Compliance topics (DOL, ERISA, COBRA, FMLA, etc.)
  • Maintain carrier relationships and lead marketing efforts for new business and renewals

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience; Active Life and Health licensing in resident state required
  • Complete knowledge of current marketplace and underwriting methodologies
  • Time management and workflow prioritization
  • Proactive problem-solving and independent thinking
