Key Responsibilities:
- Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and safety in the kitchen
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
- Collaborate with the Service Team to ensure accurate and timely food delivery
- Adhere to all company and health department food safety procedures
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
Requirements:
- 6 months of Line Cook/Prep Cook experience
- Guest-focused mindset and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail
- Availability to work days, nights, and weekends
