Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of maintenance personnel to ensure that all maintenance tasks are completed on time and within budget.
- Develop and implement maintenance plans and schedules to ensure that all equipment and facilities are properly maintained.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify potential maintenance issues and develop plans to address them.
- Collaborate with maintenance personnel to identify and implement cost-saving measures and improve overall efficiency.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure that all necessary materials and equipment are available when needed.
- Monitor and report on maintenance activities and performance metrics to ensure that goals and objectives are met.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Maintenance Management, or related field.
- Two to four years of experience in maintenance planning in a supervisory role.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as strong customer service skills.
- Ability to interact in a positive manner with diverse cultures in a team environment.
- A competitive salary range of $94,395 – $113,290 per year.
