Job Summary

UniSea is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance operations of our facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all maintenance activities are conducted in a timely, efficient, and quality manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of maintenance personnel to ensure that all maintenance tasks are completed on time and within budget.
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans and schedules to ensure that all equipment and facilities are properly maintained.
  • Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify potential maintenance issues and develop plans to address them.
  • Collaborate with maintenance personnel to identify and implement cost-saving measures and improve overall efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure that all necessary materials and equipment are available when needed.
  • Monitor and report on maintenance activities and performance metrics to ensure that goals and objectives are met.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Maintenance Management, or related field.
  • Two to four years of experience in maintenance planning in a supervisory role.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to interact in a positive manner with diverse cultures in a team environment.
