About the Role:

The Maintenance Technician Manager will oversee and manage all unit activities related to facility maintenance and engineering services at Capital One Arena. This role is responsible for supervising and managing a team to ensure the completion of maintenance tasks and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage a team of maintenance technicians to ensure the completion of maintenance tasks and projects.
  • Develop and execute maintenance solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Ensure safety standards in all operations and maintain compliance with Aramark and client regulations.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop teams to maximize their contributions, including recruiting, assessing, training, coaching, and managing performance.
  • Communicate operational progress and identify client needs.
  • Deliver and model excellent customer service and adopt all Aramark processes and systems.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in maintenance.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a management role.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to manage as part of a larger team or manage function independently, without direct supervision.
  • The ability to multi-task is a must.
  • CFESA is a plus.
