Cleaning Operations Manager

About the Role: As a key member of the J&J Maintenance team, the Cleaner Lead will be responsible for overseeing advanced cleaning duties. This includes ensuring the cleanliness of facilities, managing cleaning schedules, and supervising cleaning staff. The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills and the ability to work independently. This role is part of the Cleaning Services function, which is responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for all employees and visitors. The Cleaner Lead will work closely with the facilities team to ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Key responsibilities include:
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily cleaning operations and ensure that all areas of the facility are clean and tidy.
- Manage cleaning schedules and ensure that all tasks are completed on time.
- Supervise and train cleaning staff to ensure that they are performing their duties to the highest standard.
- Identify and report any maintenance or repair issues to the facilities team.
- Work closely with the facilities team to ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures and protocols.
- Ability to supervise and train cleaning staff.
