Job Title: Cardiac Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse

Inova Health System is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Cardiac Intensive Care Unit (CICU) team. As a critical care nurse, you will provide exceptional patient care and work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.

About the Role:
  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients with complex cardiac conditions
  • Collaborate with our Cardiac Intensivist, Medical Intensivists, Interventionalists, and Cardiologists to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Participate in rapid response teams and code blue situations
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of unit-based quality improvement initiatives
Requirements:
  • BSN from an accredited school of nursing
  • BLS for Healthcare Provider Certification required; ACLS strongly preferred
  • Proficient in English, strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills required
