We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Specialist to join our team at Shoes For Crews. As an Account Specialist, you will be responsible for managing all Small Business Accounts in Canada, with a focus on supporting existing accounts and selling new accounts into a streamlined managed footwear program.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively engage with small business customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Execute a high-activity engagement model to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Manage small business inbound leads and troubleshoot account setup issues.
- Identify opportunities for converting to a Small Business Program and qualify pre-existing accounts to fit into the new SFC Footwear Program structure.
- Resell our safety solution to established SFC Corporate Accounts and maintain knowledge of new sales techniques, Shoes For Crews products, and competitor activity.
- Prepare accurate sales activity reports and organize sales activities to maximize time spent with viable sales prospects and current customers.
- Promote and provide customers with information regarding new products, services, and packages, and educate customers on SFC's products, services, and safety solutions.
- Meet or exceed required key performance activities, including cold calls, new presentations, new sales, and portfolio growth.
- Utilize CRM (Salesforce) to capture customer information and program requirements.
- 1-3 years of outbound B2B sales experience.
- Ability to work independently and strategically with minimal supervision.
- Ability to self-manage workload and priorities.
- Proficient in MS Outlook and Excel.
- Experience utilizing a CRM.
- Canada sales experience is a plus.
- French Bilingual abilities are a plus.
- Need to Win: The inner drive or 'ego drive' to make a sale in a personal way, not merely for financial gains.
- Deliver Results: Ensure that we achieve Shoes For Crews projections, goals, and objectives, and the discipline, organization, and perseverance to deliver outstanding customer service.
