About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Professional to join our team at CenterWell Senior Primary Care. As a key member of our growth team, you will play a critical role in introducing community partners and seniors to the value of our primary care centers, with the objective of procuring new patients.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and manage events throughout the community to introduce our brand and tell our story, either independently or with health plan brokers.
  • Sign seniors up for appointments with physicians or capture information from visitors to these events to create a base of prospective patients, and follow up with these leads to cultivate and ultimately close them.
  • Build strong lasting relationships with community partners to support relationships with community organizations that serve seniors, including faith-based organizations, community centers, and senior housing facilities.
  • Host health and well-being and social events inside the activities room at one or more primary care centers, often in collaboration with a care team member, and leverage grassroots marketing to generate prospective patient leads.
  • Lead tours of the primary care centers for prospective patients as needed.
  • Document all interactions with prospects in the Salesforce tool.
  • Collaborate with marketing to ensure events and activities are documented appropriately for promotional use across media and direct marketing channels.
Requirements
  • 3+ years' experience in a sales role, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Demonstrated understanding of and ability to sell in a dynamic and changing healthcare environment.
  • Experience utilizing a CRM (e.g. Salesforce) to track and manage leads and outcomes.
  • Ability to communicate in a clear, impactful and effective manner.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a team-based environment.
  • This role is part of Humana's Driver safety program and therefore requires an individual to have a valid state driver's license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance with at least 100,000/300,000/100,000 limits.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingual Spanish.
