Position Title: Patient Care Technician

Department: HSP Surgical 9T

Location: Meriter Hospital

Role Overview: The Patient Care Technician (PCT) is responsible for delivering fundamental patient care services as per the training and certification received. The PCT is expected to uphold medical asepsis, maintain the dignity and confidentiality of all patients, and adhere to hospital safety protocols while working under the close guidance of a Registered Nurse.

Qualifications:

  • Certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the State of Wisconsin.
  • Current CPR certification or eligibility for certification.
