Minimum Qualifications:
Completion of the twelfth (12) grade or its equivalent; possession of a certified nursing assistant certificate from an accredited institution.

Knowledge of relevant rules, regulations, policies, and procedures, as well as equipment and supplies utilized in providing basic nursing care.
Awareness of sanitizing and disinfecting protocols.
Ability to recognize the necessity for and initiate basic life support measures.
Capability to administer simple treatments and medications.
Ability to follow both oral and written instructions accurately.
Capacity to maintain emotional stability and performance levels when faced with challenging situations.
Proficiency in maintaining records and charts regarding patients' symptoms and progress.
Ability to interact with empathy and understanding towards patients, healthcare professionals, and institutional staff.
Competence in reading and writing.

Supervisory Oversight:
Tasks are assigned through detailed oral and written communication, which may become less specific as the employee gains familiarity with routine duties. Detailed instructions are provided for non-typical, new, or complex aspects of the work.
Work is reviewed for adherence to established policies, practices, and procedures.
Guidelines:
