Position Overview:
This role involves assisting in the delivery of essential nursing care services to our patients. Your efforts will contribute significantly to the overall patient experience and the quality of care provided.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with registered nurses to receive patient assignments and perform delegated tasks based on your demonstrated skills.
2. Collect and document patient data during assessments and reassessments, ensuring accurate communication with the nursing team.
3. Monitor patient conditions and report any changes or concerns to the licensed nursing staff.
4. Provide direct patient care, including assistance with daily activities such as bathing, feeding, and mobility.
5. Maintain a safe and clean environment by stocking supplies and ensuring equipment is ready for use.
6. Support the administrative needs of the unit by performing clerical tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
- Must pass the required state examination for certification.
- No prior experience is necessary; we welcome those eager to learn and grow in their careers.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Frequent lifting and moving of patients and equipment.
- Capability to communicate effectively with patients and team members.

Licenses/Certifications:
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification is preferred.
