The Patient Care Technician (PCT) plays a vital role in providing essential support to nursing staff and ensuring the comfort and safety of patients. This position involves a variety of responsibilities that contribute to the overall well-being of individuals in a healthcare setting.
Work Schedule:
Part-time position with a focus on PM shifts, including every other weekend and holiday rotation.
Compensation:
Hourly rate of $19.74
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist nursing staff in delivering high-quality patient care.
2. Monitor and report changes in patient conditions.
3. Provide personal care services, including bathing, grooming, and feeding.
4. Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
5. Support patients in their daily activities and mobility.
Qualifications:
Must possess a valid certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) and demonstrate a commitment to patient-centered care. Previous experience in a healthcare environment is preferred.
