Role Summary

The Guest Services Agent (GSA) plays a crucial role in creating a welcoming and professional environment for all guests, executives, and staff. Positioned in the lobby, the GSA serves as the initial point of contact, ensuring visitors feel at ease, guiding them to their destinations, and providing assistance throughout their visit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Warmly greet and assist visitors, maintaining eye contact and a friendly demeanor throughout the interaction.
  • Follow established protocols for managing both expected and unexpected arrivals, coordinating with security as necessary.
  • Address guests by name whenever possible to enhance personalization.
  • Answer phone calls professionally, accurately taking messages and transferring calls as needed.
  • Implement security measures for visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel.
  • Manage visitor processing systems effectively.
  • Serve as a resource for guests and employees, providing information on amenities, transportation, and local services.
  • Handle transportation requests for guests and staff.
  • Maintain a neat and inviting reception area, ensuring materials are organized and refreshments are available.
  • Communicate maintenance and technical support requests to the appropriate departments.
  • Understand emergency procedures and be prepared to act accordingly.
  • Participate in regular meetings and submit daily reports as required.
  • Be flexible and assist in other areas as needed.
