Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Specialist to join our team at Hilton Grand Vacations. As a key player in our resort operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and analyze accounting activities related to resorts, homeowner associations, rentals, and retail for properties in New York.
  • Manage resort cash and support the Business Management Supervisor in ensuring accurate financial records.
  • Handle accounts receivable reconciliation and invoice processing, ensuring timely and accurate payment.
  • Review and audit transactions for accuracy, identifying and addressing any discrepancies.
  • Assist in addressing billing concerns for guests and vendors, providing excellent customer service.
  • Participate in year-end audit coordination, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Execute Payroll and Accounts Payable tasks, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely payments.
  • Support with any tasks within employee capabilities as requested by management, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • Investigate chargebacks and credit card issues, resolving them promptly and efficiently.
  • Prepare daily deposits and change orders, ensuring accurate financial records.
  • Assist associates with change requirements, providing excellent customer service.
  • Monthly bank auditing for associates and managers, ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
  • Quarterly inventory auditing for owners lounge, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in resolving accounting issues for Business Management/Front Desk, providing timely and accurate solutions.
  • Consistent attendance in line with HGVC's standards, demonstrating commitment to the team and the company.
  • Carry out reasonable management requests, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma / GED
  • 1-3 Years of relevant experience
  • License/Certificate: Voice System
  • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Excel is a must
