Position Overview:
We are looking for a Member Services Representative to enhance our team. In this role, you will:
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns.
- Promote the Center through community engagement and outreach.
- Drive revenue growth by marketing club services to prospective members.
- Provide an outstanding customer service experience for club members.
- Support membership retention through active member engagement.
- Conduct personalized tours for potential members.
- Perform additional tasks as required.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of one year of experience in a customer service role.
- A vibrant personality: enthusiastic, energetic, and approachable.
- Strong multitasking abilities; goal-oriented and self-motivated.
- The capacity to connect with, inspire, and motivate others through excellent listening and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional demeanor: polished appearance and phone etiquette.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements:
Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted repeatedly throughout the workday. Frequent movement around the facility, including demonstrating and assisting with exercise movements, as well as bending, stretching, lifting, pushing, pulling, and squatting, will be required daily.
