Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client Services Associate to join our team. As a Client Services Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their advertising campaigns are executed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with the Client Services team to ensure client campaigns are executed efficiently and effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the advertising or marketing industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong understanding of Excel and data analysis.
