Customer Service Representative
Schedule: Remote (TX & FL applicants only)
This role provides a dynamic and energetic call center atmosphere for individuals eager to positively influence clients' lives. Our Customer Service Representatives serve as the main point of contact for clients enrolled in our debt resolution program. Throughout their journey, clients may have inquiries or issues that require prompt, confident responses and solutions from knowledgeable professionals. Every aspect of this role is focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience while ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the Client Services Team to provide outstanding customer service and achieve retention objectives. Address all client inquiries and concerns swiftly, professionally, and comprehensively. Foster rapport and trust with clients through open and transparent communication via phone and email. Utilize our CRM system to manage client accounts and document interactions with precision and clarity. Assist in reviewing enrollment details to guarantee clients' success in completing the program and engage in key retention activities throughout. Handle and manage escalation calls with courtesy and professionalism. Work closely with other departments to ensure clients' success in the program. Qualifications
Education Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; 1 year of call center experience preferred but not mandatory.
***Fluency in Spanish is a plus
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience required; call center experience preferred. Reliable internet connection is essential. A positive demeanor, team-oriented attitude, and empathy towards clients' challenges. Strong multitasking, time management, and organizational abilities. Clear and professional communication skills, both verbal and written. Experience in an administrative or customer service role. Background in financial services, particularly banking, personal loans, and credit cards is advantageous. Previous experience in debt settlement is highly desirable. A strong work ethic and flexibility to work varied schedules as needed.
