Job Overview

At WP, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Field Service Writer to join our team. As a Field Service Writer, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service by answering phone calls and emails for multiple territories. Your primary responsibility will be to open work orders, verify customer account and payment methods, and assist with all office processes resulting in the closing and invoicing of work orders daily.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer customer requests for Field Service repairs and open work orders for dispatching a minimum of 10-15 Field Service technicians
* Follow-up with customers and technicians to ensure WP is providing a superior service
* Take calls for service from internal and external customers
* Generate Work Orders for dispatching of technicians
* Review/Invoice Work Orders upon job completion
* Designated timekeeper for respective branch
* Assist with all other office processes as directed by supervisor

Requirements

* Minimum of 4 year(s) previous experience preferred
* High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
* Prefer bilingual (English/Spanish) speaking and writing skills
