Job Title: Marketing Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Operations Specialist to join our team at XL Parts LLC. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a critical role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage scalable processes to streamline marketing operations and drive alignment within the department.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, develop actionable insights, and recommend improvements for marketing promotions.
  • Coordinate and manage major marketing projects involving multiple stakeholders to ensure they meet objectives and deadlines.
  • Organize co-op claims with automotive supply vendors, including running sales data, sending payment invoices, and tracking claimed dollars through co-op funds.
  • Review and analyze metrics for email marketing campaigns, suggest improvements, and create campaigns using the Constant Contact platform.
  • Assist in creating social media content and tracking engagement metrics across various platforms where the company has a presence.
  • Provide operational support as needed, including shipping items to sales and/or operations team members in the warehouse.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in marketing, project management, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
  • Experience with budget/funds management and vendor coordination.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, including social media management tools.
  • Bachelor's degree or four to five years of relevant professional experience in a relevant field such as marketing, communications, public relations, or similar field.
