We are thrilled to present an outstanding opportunity for an IT Operations Manager to become a vital part of our IT team.

Role Overview:
The selected candidate will spearhead technology initiatives within our IT department, oversee technology implementations, manage vendor relationships, and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for reporting. This role will ensure that our IT strategies align seamlessly with our organizational objectives. Reporting directly to the Vice President of IT, the IT Operations Manager will collaborate closely with the IT team and other technology leaders to foster strong connections across the organization, ensuring successful project outcomes and the integration of core systems.
Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:
  • Lead and oversee IT projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, and budget constraints.
  • Utilize robust project management skills to drive project goals, prioritizing initiatives based on business objectives and return on investment.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, allocate resources effectively, and monitor progress to guarantee timely delivery.
  • Identify and implement process improvements where applicable.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Assess project risks and formulate mitigation strategies to minimize potential impacts.
General Duties:
  • Create and maintain documentation for network and system architectures, process flows, and backup/recovery protocols.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and oversee contractual agreements.
  • Coordinate technology setups for projects, including third-party support management.
  • Assist in establishing and monitoring SaaS and software usage KPIs and reporting metrics.
Technical Expertise:
  • Exhibit extensive technical knowledge across various technologies, including software, hardware, networks, and cloud solutions.
  • Troubleshoot complex IT challenges, providing expert guidance on technical issues and potential resolutions.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and trends, offering recommendations that align with business goals.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of progressive IT support experience, including managing support tickets.
  • 5-7 years of experience in a professional environment.
  • PMP certification is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft products/services (e.g., Azure AD, Intune, M365, SharePoint).
  • Expertise in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Fabric).
  • 3+ years of experience with cross-platform integrations (connectors, APIs) and workflow automation.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing IT teams, projects, and budgets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in business software and tools, including MS Office and project management applications.
  • Experience with Service Desk Plus and Zoho Analytics is preferred.
