  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including receiving, stocking, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is maintained in a clean and organized manner, including tasks such as cleaning, restocking, and performing minor repairs.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Analyze sales data and provide insights to management to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1-3 months of retail experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical skills.
Working Conditions

The Operations Manager will work in a retail store environment, with regular exposure to a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The physical demands of this role include standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and bending.
