Job Title: IT Operations Manager

Location: REMOTE - (BUT- local to Dallas TX OR Atlanta GA)

Position Overview: We are in search of a proactive and energetic individual to take on the role of IT Operations Manager. This position entails overseeing the daily management of our IT systems and workflows, nurturing relationships with external IT service providers, and spearheading IT initiatives to align with our expansion goals. This role is perfect for a hands-on leader who thrives in a solo department and engages effectively with various internal and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:


• Daily IT Management: Supervise the routine operations of all IT systems and processes, ensuring

optimal efficiency and effectiveness.


• IT Asset Oversight: Monitor all IT assets, including deployment timelines and projected

obsolescence. Strategically plan and implement replacements and upgrades to minimize

downtime.


• Collaboration with HR and M&A Teams: Partner closely with HR and M&A departments to manage the

addition and removal of equipment and licenses according to business requirements.


• M&A IT Assessment and Integration: Assess the IT framework (policies, equipment, etc.) of M&A prospects, identify expenditure requirements, and facilitate post-acquisition integration.


• IT Support Coordination: Address a defined set of IT support requirements in partnership with a third-party IT service provider.


• Vendor Relationship Management: Oversee the relationship with the third-party IT service provider, ensuring service standards are met and optimized.


• Procurement and Synergy Management: Manage the equipment procurement process, seeking

synergies to maintain operational readiness and ensure seamless operations and acquisitions.


• IT Strategy and Policy Formulation: Formulate IT strategies and policies that support the company's

growth in terms of structure, geography, workforce, and software enhancements.

Qualifications:


• Demonstrated experience in managing IT operations and strategy within a developing organization.


• Practical experience in addressing IT support needs and managing IT requests.


• Strategic mindset with the capability to develop and implement IT policies and strategies.


• High energy, self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently and juggle multiple priorities.


• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, adept at engaging with various stakeholders.

Note: We are open to considering candidates with varying levels of experience. The title may flex to Director of IT for highly capable candidates who demonstrate the potential to grow within the role.
