Responsibilities
- Manually lifting items onto pallets and storage areas.
- Collaborating with team members.
- Adhering to safety regulations.
- Inspecting items for any damages.
- Utilizing box cutters and RF scanning devices.
- Monitoring machinery performance.
- Understanding and achieving production targets.
In this Role You Will
- Lift items manually to position them onto pallets.
- Work with colleagues to share knowledge and skills.
- Follow safety guidelines to minimize accident risks.
- Inspect items to ensure that no damaged goods are dispatched.
- Lift items to place them onto storage shelves.
- Use box cutters for opening packaging materials.
- Monitor machinery to ensure it operates correctly.
- Lift items to prepare them for shipping.
- Communicate with supervisors to address any issues.
- Understand quota requirements to meet expected production levels.
- Utilize RF (Radio Frequency) devices to scan barcodes.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Capacity to remain standing for extended periods, up to 8 hours.
- Ability to perform continuous arm movements.
