We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced National Sales Recruiter to join our team at Logistify.
About the Role:In this dynamic position, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top sales talent across various departments. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and internal partners to ensure we maintain a competitive edge in the job market.
Key Responsibilities:- Talent Sourcing: Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates, including job postings, social networking, employee referrals, and network events.
- Candidate Engagement: Conduct phone interviews, manage the interview process, and provide exceptional candidate experience.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and internal partners to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Documentation and Reporting: Accurately document candidate progress, feedback, and hiring decisions, providing regular insights and analysis to inform business decisions.
- Experience: 1+ year of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Skills: Strong customer-focused approach, adaptability, excellent multi-tasking skills, and exceptional communication skills.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
