Sales Director

We are a global hospitality leader in the vacation ownership industry, and we are looking for a talented Sales Director to join our team. As a Sales Director at Hilton Grand Vacations, you will play a key role in driving business growth and success by developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer an excellent benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
Job Description:
This is a full-time position that requires in-office work most days, with 10% travel. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and 7+ years of experience leading talent acquisition teams. A master's degree and previous sales and marketing talent acquisition experience are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
- Provide strategic leadership and expert consultation to clients on sourcing and selection
- Lead and develop a team to deliver valuable recruiting services throughout all phases of the recruiting cycle
