Your Responsibilities:

  • Oversee front desk operations during your shift, ensuring guests receive timely and professional service.
  • Uphold brand standards and manage desk merchandising effectively.
  • Greet guests upon arrival and address any inquiries or complaints promptly.
  • Implement service recovery strategies to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Communicate special requests or needs of guests to the team and ensure proper follow-up.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required, along with a minimum of one year of supervisory experience in front office or guest services. Fluency in English is mandatory, with additional languages being a plus.

Key Skills:

  • Ability to stand for extended periods at the front desk.
  • Proficient in using various property management and reservation systems.
  • Capability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Strong communication skills for effective interaction with guests and team members.
  • Competence in reading, writing, and basic mathematical calculations.
  • Problem-solving and organizational skills are essential.

Work Schedule:

This position may require working nights, weekends, and holidays.
