Compensation Structure: This is based off of your skillset and value delivered to the practice. This is reviewed frequently with you. As your skillset increases, so too does your compensation. Some of our Front Office personnel have ascended to a salaried income

Your Responsibilities:

    •    Welcome customers in the dental office.

    •    Prepare customers for treatments or checkups ensuring their comfort.

    •    Provide oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions as needed.

    •    Keep the office clean and well-stocked.

    •    Schedule appointments.

•    Present treatment plans and go over finances.

    •    Maintain accurate patient records and assist with payment procedures.

 •    Answer calls and all inquires from patients.

•    Facility audits.

•    Become increasingly knowledgeable in services offered, technology and techniques the office employs.

Qualifications:

    •    Exceptional communication skills, fostering patient comfort.

    •    Proficiency in dental software and digital radiography.

    •    Dedication to patient education and preventive dental care.

•   Back office trained (not required but is a plus)
