  • Insurance Verification: Verify patient insurance coverage and benefits, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of referrals.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of referrals, including patient information, insurance details, and referral status.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Minimum one year of experience in referrals, medical office, or related field.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Language: Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
