The Moffitt Cancer Center is on the lookout for a skilled Consultation Liaison Psychiatrist or Psycho-Oncology Psychiatrist at the Assistant or Associate Member level to join its expanding Behavioral Medicine Service, which operates under the Supportive Care Medicine Department. The role encompasses responsibilities such as:

  • Providing care on the inpatient consultation service.
  • Engaging in outpatient clinic practice.
  • Contributing to clinical, educational, and research initiatives within the department.

The ideal candidate will possess a background in consultation liaison practice and/or psycho-oncology, ensuring a comprehensive approach to patient care.

Requirements:

Candidates must hold a Florida medical license as an M.D. or D.O. and be board certified or eligible in Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, with a commitment to achieve board certification within five (5) years of their initial appointment.
