The Moffitt Cancer Center is actively seeking a qualified Consultation Liaison Psychiatrist or Psycho-Oncology Psychiatrist at the Assistant or Associate Member level to enhance its expanding Behavioral Medicine Service, which operates under the Supportive Care Medicine Department. The role encompasses responsibilities such as:

  • Engaging in the inpatient consultation service.
  • Participating in outpatient clinic operations.
  • Contributing to clinical, educational, and research initiatives within the department.

The ideal candidate will possess a background in consultation liaison psychiatry and/or psycho-oncology, demonstrating a commitment to patient-centered care.

Requirements:

Candidates must hold a valid Florida medical license as an M.D. or D.O. and be board certified or eligible in Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, with a requirement to achieve board certification within five years of initial appointment.
