Key Responsibilities:- Respond to homeowner inquiries and requests for service via phone and email
- Forward calls and emails to the Customer Service Manager for review and response
- Prepare and consolidate documents for scheduled walk-through dates
- Support the scheduling of warranty service calls with homeowners under the guidance of the Customer Service Manager
- Generate weekly summary reports of warranty items using our database system
- Distribute reports after review and approval by the Customer Service Manager
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an office setting
- Self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and willingness to learn company systems
