Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to homeowner inquiries and requests for service via phone and email
  • Forward calls and emails to the Customer Service Manager for review and response
  • Prepare and consolidate documents for scheduled walk-through dates
  • Support the scheduling of warranty service calls with homeowners under the guidance of the Customer Service Manager
  • Generate weekly summary reports of warranty items using our database system
  • Distribute reports after review and approval by the Customer Service Manager
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an office setting
  • Self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and willingness to learn company systems
