Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversees the overall security and safety of patrons, employees, and the establishment.
  • Evaluates the performance of security staff to ensure compliance with established standards and resolves any operational challenges.

  • Addresses and mediates incidents involving guests and staff effectively.

  • Executes supervisory duties fairly and promptly.
  • Directs security staff during emergencies, including fire threats and other critical situations.
  • Ensures the security office is well-maintained and stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Responsible for the timely management of surveillance materials.
  • Accurately completes and maintains all security-related documentation, including incident reports and logs.
  • Conducts briefings for security personnel on incidents and updates relevant information.
  • Implements disciplinary actions when necessary.
  • Assigns specific tasks to security officers based on operational needs.
  • Reviews security logs for accuracy and completeness.
  • Determines when to involve local law enforcement or emergency services.
  • Supervises arrests and enforcements in coordination with management.
  • Maintains communication with upper management regarding security matters.
  • Keeps a daily log of supervisory activities.
