We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Northern Nevada Medical Center. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and directing the day-to-day operation of the environmental services department, ensuring a clean, orderly, and safe environment for our patients and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of departmental policies and procedures.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to departmental personnel.
  • Assist in developing the department's annual budget.
  • Makes recommendations to the environmental services director for changes in supplies, equipment, or procedures to improve safety and patient care or to reduce costs.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED).
  • A minimum of two to five (2-5) years experience in healthcare environmental service.
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred.
