We are seeking a skilled Group Life Counselor to join our team at Sea Mar Community Health Centers. As a Group Life Counselor, you will play a critical role in providing direct services to patients in a residential setting, including group care, intake procedures, evaluation, individual and group counseling, milieu management, and supervision of patients.

About the Position:

This is a full-time position available for our Behavioral Health Department in Seattle. The Group Life Counselor will work closely with other members of the treatment team to provide comprehensive services to patients.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide group care and support to patients in a residential setting.
  • Conduct intake procedures and evaluations to assess patient needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sociology, Human Services, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience working with high-risk youth or adults.
  • CPR Certification and First-Aid training.
