We offer a competitive compensation package based on productivity with uncapped earning potential. Our salary range is $80,000-$107,000 per year. Additionally, we provide comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as 401(k) matching and paid parental leave.

Job Description

As a Licensed Therapist at LifeStance Health, you will have the opportunity to work with diverse patient populations, providing individual and couples therapy in an outpatient care setting. You will be part of a dynamic team that values empathy, courage, and belonging.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Fully licensed in Washington State (LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW)
  • Experience working with adult and/or child and adolescent populations
  • Individual and/or couples therapy experience
