About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the PCU-West/Spine department at Longview Regional Medical Center. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our patients and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate assigned patients and develop individualized care plans
  • Assist physicians during examinations and procedures
  • Administer medications and perform various patient tests within the scope of practice
  • Promote patients' independence by teaching self-care skills and establishing care goals
Requirements
  • Minimum of an Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited RN program
  • Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Texas, or license with a compact state required upon hire
  • Approved Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required upon hire
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications are required within 90 days of hire
