About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our PCU/West Spine team at Longview Regional Medical Center. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our patients and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Comply with overall nursing practice standards and policies during assigned shifts.
  • Supervise, assign, and direct activities of licensed and unlicensed caregivers and support staff.
  • Use independent judgment to ensure optimal delivery of patient care and appropriate use of resources.
  • Reflect Longview Regional's values in all aspects of department operation.
Requirements
  • Previous Cardiac/Telemetry experience preferred.
  • Dysrhythmia Interpretation Course preferred.
  • Current Texas RN license or Compact state license required.
  • AHA Healthcare Provider BLS and ACLS certifications required within 6 months of hire.
  • Minimum of an Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited RN program.
