Inbound Sales Representative

At TalentBurst, we're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inbound Sales Representative to join our team. As an Inbound Sales Representative, you will be responsible for qualifying leads, building relationships with prospects, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Qualify leads through initial calls and guide them through the evaluation process
- Develop and articulate the value proposition of our solutions to meet customer needs
- Build long-term relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to provide feedback on marketing campaigns
- Represent TalentBurst at strategic marketing events
- Develop critical sales skills, including objection handling, articulating value, and prioritization
- Team-centric mindset and ability to work collaboratively
- Excellent time management skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Strong communication skills and ability to identify potential customer opportunities
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year university
- 9+ months of experience in prospecting and cold outreach with a proven track record of exceeding goals
