Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inbound Account Executive to join our Risk Assurance team at Sensiba LLP. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and converting inbound platform leads into valued customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of our Risk Assurance services to effectively communicate their value to prospects and customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Utilize consultative selling techniques to tailor solutions to the unique requirements of each prospect.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to inbound inquiries, including phone calls, emails, and web inquiries.
  • Qualify leads to ensure they are a fit for our services.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information and sales activities in CRM.
  • Collaborate with the sales team, customer success managers, and other departments for a seamless customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to better serve customers.
  • Proactively follow up on prospects within the pipeline to advance their progress.
  • Conduct post-mortem discovery calls to understand reasons behind non-selection and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in inbound or outbound sales, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer-focused mindset and the ability to understand customer needs.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools; Salesforce experience is a plus.
  • Experience in Compliance, Risk Assurance, Cybersecurity, Tech Sales, or related fields is a plus.
What We Offer

Sensiba LLP offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $60,000 - $90,000, plus commissions (OTE $90,000-$210,000). We also offer a range of benefits, including generous paid time off, flexible work arrangements, and professional development opportunities.
