About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Administrative Assistant to support our Regional Vice Presidents within Middle and Large Commercial (MLC). This role will be responsible for providing administrative support, coordinating special projects, and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to senior leaders, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
  • Coordinate special projects, including budget reports, presentation materials, and office operations.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including employees, vendors, and clients.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities, including the fleet car program.
  • Serve as a site leader for the Ballantyne office, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in administrative support or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of business requirements and ability to maintain up-to-date knowledge of hardware and software enhancements.
  • Exceptional PowerPoint design skills and ability to create presentation content within branding standards.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
What We Offer

The Hartford offers a competitive salary range of $61,760 - $92,640, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including short-term and annual bonuses, long-term incentives, and on-the-spot recognition.
