Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Navion Senior Solutions. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Resident Care: Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding, to ensure the comfort and well-being of our residents.
  • Assist with Daily Tasks: Help residents with personal hygiene, deliver food and beverages, and provide emotional support and companionship.
  • Monitor and Record Resident Information: Closely monitor and record food intake, urinary and fecal output, and other vital signs to share with medical and nursing staff.
  • Communicate Effectively: Process information from other professionals, work with physicians, caregivers, and nurses, and maintain confidentiality of resident information.
  • Maintain a Safe Environment: Utilize infection control precautions and practices, and report any safety violations or concerns.
Requirements
  • Passion for Senior Care: A genuine passion for working with seniors and providing exceptional care and support.
  • Education and Certification: High School diploma or GED, State Certified Nursing Assistant Certification, and current CPR Certification (American Heart Association) preferred.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent oral communication skills, ability to think and work independently, and maintain efficient and consistent communications at all times.
  • Teamwork and Adaptability: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment, and maintain a calm and professional demeanor in high-pressure situations.
