Your Role
In this position, you will be integral to our customer service operations, ensuring that every interaction is of the highest quality. In a dynamic call center environment, you will address customer concerns while also taking on roles such as a sales consultant, product expert, and billing specialist.
Your responsibilities will encompass:
- Handling incoming customer calls and addressing inquiries regarding service installations, disconnections, and modifications.
- Identifying customer needs and proactively recommending relevant products and services.
- Contacting customers regarding overdue payments.
- Investigating and resolving inquiries related to service, billing, rates, and policy matters.
- Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of service orders, making necessary adjustments.
- Working flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs.

Preferred Qualifications
A related Associate Degree or a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is advantageous. Experience in a customer service call center is also preferred.
It is essential to reside within a specified distance from the reporting location for the duration of the contract. Attendance at the office for team meetings and training sessions may be required.
Work Environment
This role is primarily remote, allowing you to work from home with occasional in-person training and meetings.
