We are seeking a highly skilled Global Tax Advisor to join our growing International Tax practice. As a key member of our team, you will assist in providing compliance and consulting services to high-net-worth individuals, multi-generational affluent families, family offices and their private businesses and/or investment entities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review complex individual, partnership, S-corp, trust, estate, gift and state tax returns
  • Analyze international holdings for disclosure purposes and assist clients with planning around foreign assets and minimizing global taxation
  • Work on multiple engagements that deliver proactive tax planning and strategic consulting including inbound planning, expatriation & exit tax planning, and asset structuring
  • Build on technical competence by keeping up-to-date on trends, developments and technical authorities and apply them to complex situations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent
  • CPA required
  • 5+ years of experience in a professional services firm providing tax services to high net worth individuals and their closely held businesses, including 1+ year's supervisory experience
  • Prior experience with international tax compliance and planning
  • Proven ability to analyze foreign information sources, understand unusual and/or incomplete data sets, apply judgment in reaching defensible conclusions
