About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with wholesale and retail customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized solutions.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, features, and benefits to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards and procedures.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and support store initiatives.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail or sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Previous experience working in a delivery or customer service role.
  • Knowledge of paint and paint-related products.
