Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled eDiscovery Technical Advisor to join our team. As an eDiscovery Technical Advisor, you will provide professional technical eDiscovery litigation services to support our clients' discovery needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expertise in identifying, preserving, collecting, processing, and producing ESI in support of civil and criminal litigation, select FOIA requests, Congressional requests, and other inquiries.
  • Develop and implement electronic discovery plans, including search parameters, data collection, and production.
  • Work with litigation teams to ensure timely and accurate discovery responses.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of eDiscovery software applications.
  • Provide training and technical assistance to end-users on eDiscovery software applications.
Requirements
  • Active Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
  • One year of experience using eDiscovery software to perform collection of ESI.
  • Knowledge of legal frameworks that define civil, criminal, or FOIA electronic discovery practices.
  • Two years' experience working on IT network architecture, such as MS Exchange, file servers, and SharePoint.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure and manage complex relationships with stakeholders.
