A3 Consulting LLC is seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Advisor to support the Program Management Office (PMO) operation at a federal client.

The ideal candidate will have strong programming skills, excellent customer-facing skills, and a deep understanding of software development in a federal agency culture.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical guidance on various projects and challenges facing the office mission, including helping government stakeholders establish consistent and functional architecture.
  • Provide technical oversight for the independent assessment of application and system architecture.
  • Establish data repository guidelines and rules.
  • Attend senior-level meetings with stakeholders and advise on progress, challenges, and best practices.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Software development skills
  • Fundamental familiarity with and ability to discuss development activities
  • Strong oral and written communication methods and techniques
  • Ability to actively participate in business meetings with government stakeholders and provide recommendations on IT issues and solutions

Security Clearance:

  • Must have an active US Government Top Secret Clearance
